Mediation & Arbitration Information
Location
Mediation and Arbitration Services are offered in multiple settings including in the offices of Baker Robertson & O’Brien LLP, online (via Zoom), and other office settings with prior arrangements.
Fees
Full Day Mediation (8 hours)* — $1,600 per party
Half Day Mediation (4 Hours) — $1,000 per party
* Full day mediations at the law office of Baker Robertson & O’Brien LLP include lunch. Meals are not provided for online or remote mediations.
** In the event a mediation exceeds the reserved time, additional time (if available) is charged at the rate of $400.00 per hour and is split evenly among the parties.
