Rex IV handles an assortment of corporate matters, including entity formation, start-ups, banking / commercial lending, and mergers and acquisitions.
AttorneyArianna’s practice focuses on business and real estate transactional work. She is a former journalist for The New York Times’ Wirecutter.

AttorneyLaura has more than 20 years of experience in municipal law matters and heads the firm’s representation of cities. Her work also includes assorted development issues for private clients.
Cristina leads the Firm’s Estate Planning and Probate section. Additionally, she has experience in civil litigation, real estate, and family law matters.
Attorney | MediatorDan focuses on real estate, general civil litigation, and contested probate matters. He has 25 years of litigation experience, having served as a trial judge and working for the commercial litigation section of a large Austin-based law firm. In addition to his law practice, he mediates and arbitrates disputes in and around Hays County.

Darlina Martinez
As Office Administrator, Darlina supports the firm’s daly operations and provides exceptional client care. Her background in operations management and strong foundation in communication allows her to provide a professional, organized, and service-focused approach to her work.
She is also a veteran of the United States Army. Darlina earned her degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University with a minor in business administration. Before joining the firm, She was Operations Manager for a real estate team in the Austin area.

Kevin is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force. In addition to being a certified paralegal, he is an honors graduate of Park University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and has an associate degree in applied science-logistics from the Community College of the Air Force.
ParalegalAspen Hamilton
Aspen assists the Firm in preparation of real estate closing documents for title company clients, and contributes to probate and civil litigation cases. She holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences and, some days, entertains the idea of attending law school.
