Dan’s work focuses on real estate, general civil, and probate litigation. He has 25 years of litigation experience, having served as a trial judge and working for the commercial litigation section of a large Austin-based law firm. In addition to his law practice, he mediates disputes in and around Hays County.

Karen Ray

Karen has been with the Firm for more than 25 years. handling the many of the administrative functions of the practice. Prior to joining the firm, she was a deputy clerk for the local Justice Court.

Kevin is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force. In addition to being a certified paralegal, he is an honors graduate of Park University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and has an associate degree in applied science-logistics from the Community College of the Air Force.

Aspen assists the Firm in preparation of real estate closing documents for title company clients, and contributes the probate and civil litigation cases. She hold a degree in Biomedical Sciences and, some days, entertains the idea of attending law school.
