Thomas W. Robertson

Attorney

Tom’s general civil litigation practice focuses on real estate, construction, business disputes, deed restrictions, and collections. Tom also has experience representing homeowners’ associations with covenant enforcement, assessment collection, litigation, and dispute resolution. Tom has also argued cases before the Third Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.  Tom joined Rex in 2001 to manage the firm’s civil litigation practice. Prior to joining Baker and Robertson, Tom worked as a solo practitioner. During undergrad Tom also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science before getting his BA in Philosophy at Haverford.
