Rex IV comes to the firm after a decade of work as a founding partner of a boutique practice in the Boston area filling the role of “outside general counsel” for small businesses, technology startups, and creative professionals. His experience includes sales of businesses, venture capital transactions, commercial real estate, intellectual property licensing, employee equity incentive structures, strategic partnerships between enterprises, and helping creative professionals make a living while pursuing their passion. Rex IV previously worked in what is now the Houston office of an AmLaw 100 firm, focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector.
